Tractor Operated Mobile Grain Dryer in Nissing
Looking for a mobile grain dryer in Nissing? Shomas Engineering Company, based in Dabaspete, Bangalore, builds the SGMD2000, SGMD3000 and SGMD5000 and delivers them to buyers in Nissing and across Haryana. One machine can serve several mills, yards and farms around Nissing through the season.
The Shomas range gives you three batch sizes: 2000 kg (SGMD2000), 3000 kg (SGMD3000) and 5000 kg (SGMD5000) of maize per batch. All three dry paddy, wheat, maize, grains and pulses, and can take moisture down from as high as 40% to 14%.
Why Nissing needs a mobile grain dryer
Drying demand in Haryana peaks with the basmati harvest in October and the wheat harvest in April. As basmati needs gentle, uniform drying to protect grain length and aroma, buyers near Nissing look for a machine they can bring to the grain rather than carrying wet grain to a fixed plant. The main crops in Haryana that buyers dry include basmati paddy, wheat and mustard.
- Start drying basmati paddy and other grain within hours of harvest
- Tow the dryer to the mill, mandi, yard or farm with a tractor
- Remove 3% moisture per hour in paddy and wheat, and up to 5% in maize
- Finish with grain at 12% to 14% moisture for safe storage and sale
